Shipping

Tack-Up (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.tack-up.co.za) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the shipping policy terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. Tack-up makes use of the Courier Guy and Postnet to Postnet services for deliveries.


GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Our delivery rates are calculated depending on the parcel’s actual weight, volumetric weight and destination.

Customers will receive order updates and all couriered orders can be tracked online. Your item can be tracked through every stage up until delivery.

Please note that all online orders are processed Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will therefore only be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Items are delivered in most main & regional areas 72 – 96 hours from dispatch. Rural and outlying areas may take an additional 72 hours before delivery as some of these areas are not serviced daily. Please note that this excludes public holidays and weekends.

Turnaround time may be slower in Black Friday and Festive Season periods due to delivery delays, however our team will notify you should this be the case.

Please also note that if products are ordered which are deemed as dangerous goods by the airlines (e.g. spray canisters and aerosols) it will not be able to be sent with airfreight and additional delays in delivery can be expected.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

Online orders with a purchase total of R999 or more qualify for free delivery within South Africa. This EXCLUDES purchases of any Pre-Loved Saddles or bigger sized Pre-loved arena items like Jump Uprights, cavaletti and / or Jump fillers.

Such Items can be arranged to pick up at the location of Tack-Up.


RETURNS

Returns Due To Change Of Mind

Tack-Up will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 10 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s own expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed via our Payment gateway service provider – Yoco. Please take note that refunded money may take a few days to reflect. We will notify you once this transaction has been completed from our side through email.

Tack-Up will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Please note that any discounted sale items and all Pre-Loved items, cannot be returned once purchased through our website. Pre-Loved items have clear photos and description listed with any defects clearly noted, please ensure you have carefully read the description and made sure the size (if applicable) is what you require before purchasing the item through our website.


DELIVERY TERMS

Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping
Tack-Up is unable to offer shipping to P.O. box addresses.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, kindly take note that this information will reflect on the ‘Product description’ page of each product. Should the option be available to still proceed to purchase the product which will reflect to be available on back order, the waiting period is 4 weeks (Although we have managed to get some items to our customers sooner). Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.


TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process For Parcel Lost In-Transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
