WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL?
Our Door to Door Courier Service (The Courier Guy) usually takes 2-3 working days, and can take slightly longer if shipping to a remote area. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We also Offer a Postnet to Postnet shipping option. For more information, read our shipping policy.
If we have stock available the products will be dispatched once we received proof of payment and funds were allocated in our account.
The shipment will take place the following working day.
Once your order has been confirmed, packed and dispatched, a tracking number corresponding to your specified delivery option will be emailed through to you for reference and tracking purposes.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us!
If you don’t like the ordered item, you can send it back, unused in it’s original packaging and get your refund. (Return Policy, T&C’s apply).
All goods returned for refund are to be sent at the customer’s own cost via Courier.
Please note that any discounted sale items and all Pre-Loved items, cannot be returned once purchased through our website. Pre-Loved items have clear photos and description listed with any defects clearly noted, please ensure you have carefully read the description and made sure the size (if applicable) is what you require before purchasing the item through our website.

Our new products are available on back-order with a 4 week waiting period (although we have been able to get products to our clients in as little as 2 weeks.) We will gladly inform you should your chosen item(s) arrive earlier and get it shipped to you as soon as possible.
If you have a special request – no problem! We can make most dreams come true and specialize in matching saddle pad sets for your horse/pony, ESPECIALLY if you are looking for a dedicated theme like Christmas, Easter, Valentine…

This means the product is out of stock. Kindly contact us so we can arrange an Order for you. Unfortunately this does not apply to Pre-loved items as only what we have available will reflect on the store.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We make use of the Yoco payment gateway which utilizes Credit / Debit card payments as well as an Instant EFT option (for which select few banks qualify).
Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments.
HOW REGULARLY DO YOU UPDATE YOUR PRE-LOVED SECTION?
We update the pre-loved section on a weekly basis.
