RETURN / REFUND POLICY

NO refunds or returns offered for Pre-loved items.

Pre-loved sales are final and there are no guarantees/exchanges/refunds/returns on these items. We try our best to hold a very high standard of Pre-Loved/ second-hand products, and where necessary faults/damage will reflect on the product description; but on occasion faults/wear and tear can be overlooked. We do not supply refunds on any second-hand / Pre-Loved items.

Tack-Up has the right to decline the refund or exchange of goods purchased.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.

DELIVERIES / COURIER

Courier and postage fees are charged to the client at cost. This service is non-refundable. Delivery cost for order request is made at the clients own cost and replacement goods are only exchanged once initial items are received by Tack-Up in original packaging in “re-sale” condition.
